By accessing or using PolicyTracker ("the App" or "PolicyTracker.online"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
PolicyTracker is a client-side web application that provides a user interface for managing insurance policy data. The App connects to your Google Account to read and write data directly to a Google Sheet stored in your personal Google Drive.
You retain 100% ownership of the data you enter into the App. Because the data resides solely on your personal Google Drive, you are solely responsible for its backup, security, and integrity. We are not responsible for any accidental deletion, corruption, or loss of data within your Google Drive.
Your use of the App requires a Google Account and is subject to Google's Terms of Service. You agree to comply with Google's policies when interacting with the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. The App is not intended to provide professional financial or legal advice.
In no event shall PolicyTracker or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
